Break Provides services to support and assist separating parents and additional support and guidance to parents who are struggling with the parenting task.
Broadland Housing Provide a range of different homes including family homes, modern apartments, sheltered housing and housing with care.
Children's Centres Children's Centre's can offer help and advice on child and family health, parenting, money and employment as they work in partnership with other people and organisations to deliver services including Job Centre Plus, health visitor's, midwive's and GP's.  They also work with community groups  who provide nursery care and early learning such as childminder's, pre-school's, childcare providers and community groups to provide access to universal early year's services.
DWP The Department for Work and Pensions is responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy.
East Has a wide range of practical and complementary services for people living with HIV.
Equal Lives

Equal Lives is a user-led organisation controlled by our trustees who are all disabled people. Services provided include:

  • Information, Advice and Advocacy around welfare benefits and appeals, mental health, personal budgets, NHS Complaints and other issues related to disability and employment.
  • Self-directed support around Personal Budgets and direct payments, including Support Planning, a Personal Assistant (PA) Register, Recruitment and Employment, as well as Payroll and Supported Account Services
  • Free membership to individuals who experience disabling barriers and disability groups in Norfolk.

Guide Dogs For
the Blind
 
Provides mobility for people who are blind and partially sighted.
Homeshield A cross-agency referral service for professionals who work with vulnerable people and their carers. The scheme aims to find ways to support people and help them to stay safe, healthy and happy in their own homes.
Homestart Home-Start is a national family support charity that helps parents to build better lives for their children.

Osteoporosis Society
Improving the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and fragility fractures.
King's Lynn Food Bank Professionals such as doctors, health visitors, social workers, CAB, some other charities and police identify people in crisis and issue them with a foodbank voucher.
King's Lynn Samaritans Talk to Samaritans any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you. You don’t have to be suicidal.
Leeway Domestic Violence

Provides refuge accommodation, resettlement support, and outreach for women and children affected by domestic violence.
LILY (Living Independently in Later Years) online directory contains listings of facilities, services and activities for older people living in West Norfolk. The directory is available for older people living in the King's Lynn and West Norfolk area as well as their families, professionals and volunteers working with and supporting older people.

Mediation Service
Couples looking to divorce or separate need to make important decisions regarding children and finances. Mediation will help you find a way forward that works for everyone. It can also help you achieve a faster, cheaper divorce that avoids costly legal charges.
One to One Project Aims to provide a non-judgemental space in which you can explore the difficulties you may be facing. Services will provide you with the opportunity to talk in confidence and work towards a clearer understanding of yourself and your needs. Does not provide you with answers or advice, but will support you in finding your own way forward. Services are open to adults (aged 18-65 years) living in West Norfolk.

Pandora Project Offers advice, support and information to women who have or are still experiencing domestic abuse in West Norfolk. Their aim is to raise awareness of domestic abuse in the community and help families to live in safety.

Salvation Army Provides a range of services to those in need.
Shaw Trust Supports disabled and disadvantaged people towards employment through either Work Choice or the Work Programme in the following areas: Help in preparing for work, Help with employment and Managing a disability.
SOS Project The SOS Bus is a multi-agency initiative to meet the needs of any person at night. It is a first point of contact for those whose well-being is threatened by: inability to get home, illness or injury, emotional distress or other vulnerability.
StepChange Debt Charity A registered charity that provides free and anonymous advice over the phone and online.
Stonham Homestay Provides support for a range of needs, from substance abuse to homelessness.
Stroke Association Provides high quality information, emotional support and practical advice in the aftermath of a stroke.
The Matthew Project Works in innovative ways with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. Through the Matthew Project's varied services, young people and adults receive professional advice, information, counselling, support, care and education.
The Money Advice Trust Helps people across the UK to tackle their debts and manage their money wisely.
Together for Mental Wellbeing Provides county-wide support to adults with mental health needs – including individuals with severe mental health problems and complex needs – to access and maintain accommodation.
National Debtline Provides a free, confidential and independent helpline for people with debt problem.
Victims Support If you've been a victim of any crime or have been affected by a crime committed against someone you know, Victims Support can help you find the strength to deal with what you've been through. Services are free and available to everyone, whether or not the crime has been reported and regardless of when it happened.
West Norfolk Care

Aims to keep clients safe and independent in their home for as long as possible by providing a major adaptations service through their Integrated Housing Adaptations Team.
West Norfolk Mencap Provides support to those with a learning disability, and also support to their families and carers.
